Delivery

We are committed to getting your order delivered to you as fast, efficiently and as safely as possible. The following page contains some useful information regarding our delivery service.

Packages are generally delivered within 1-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Parcelforce or Palletways with tracking provided and a signature required.  All orders need to be signed for no matter how big or small, this can be a neighbour or a person at work, please specify details in the special instructions field during checkout.

We offer FREE delivery for all orders over £100 within England, Wales and Lower Scotland Only, *Excluding Scottish highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Ireland etc. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

*Where "Next Day" is stated on our website regarding delivery, this means next working day (Monday - Friday).  We do offer premium services such as Saturday delivery, all the options will be provided to you during the checkout process.

All large heavy orders over 30kg will be delivered on a wooden pallet measuring 1.2m x 1m, to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition. Please ensure there is suitable access for a heavy goods vehicle to deliver the pallet and access for the driver to wheel the pallet from the lorry to your property.

Please note the delivery driver will be able to wheel the order as far as it is possible with a pallet truck but will not be able to remove items from the pallet or take the empty pallet away. As a result the driver will not be able to move the products up stairs, down stairs or through your property.

All pallet deliveries will need to be signed for, this can be a neighbour or a person at work, please specify details in the special instructions field during checkout.

Returns

Notify us within seven days of receiving your order.  Items to be returned are shipped to us at the expense of the customer, items must be securely packaged, sent registered, insured for the relevant value and have your order number noted inside the box. Ideally return the delivery slip.

Damaged or missing items?

Damages must be reported within 24 hours. We will not be liable to you if a 'non-signature' service is requested, or written instructions are given to leave goods in a 'safe' location and the goods are subsequently lost or damaged.

Outdoor Furniture 2u wiill not accept Returns or Cancellations if the products have been altered or customising the product in any way that could be deemed as you using or treating the products as your own, including fully assembling the products. While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return in good condition.

Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. If products were delivered flat packed or boxed they must be returned in the same way including complete disassembly and correctly placed in all original packaging.


- We require a photo of the damages emailed to us at info@outdoorfurniture2u.co.uk
- Once photo has been received we can organise a replacement for the damaged part.
